Good news! AMQ successfully approved as Hunan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center
Recently, the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology released a public notice on the establishment of Hunan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Centers in 2023, intending to approve the establishment of several centers.
Through independent application, selection and recommendation by municipal science and technology departments, and review by the provincial science and technology department, An Muquan stood out in this selection and successfully obtained approval for establishment.
Since its establishment in Changsha, An Muquan has continuously increased investment to enhance its R&D innovation capabilities and advanced packaging and testing technology levels. It has invested nearly 400 million yuan in the construction of a R&D and large-scale headquarters production base in Xiangjiang New Area, receiving recognition from various competent authorities. It has successively been awarded honors such as National Specialized and New "Small Giant" Enterprise, National High-tech Enterprise, Hunan Provincial New R&D Institution, Changsha New Generation Artificial Intelligence Open Innovation Platform, and Changsha Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Enterprise.
This project approval fully demonstrates An Muquan's capabilities and advantages in advanced packaging. The company will use this as an opportunity to utilize the engineering research center's technology to establish an external service platform for innovative high-performance/large-size/high-computing power chip advanced packaging technology. This will empower the company's reliability and failure analysis laboratory, solving specific problems encountered by high-end chip design and application industries and enterprises in chip packaging technology R&D. It aims to achieve independent control and domestic production of domestic high-performance processor chip packaging, breaking through international restrictions, promoting the high-quality development of next-generation semiconductor technology, and contributing more to Changsha's construction as a global R&D center city and accelerating the realization of the "Three Highs and Four News" blueprint.
Hunan Provincial Engineering Research Centers are established around the needs of national and provincial major strategic deployments, key engineering construction, and key industrial innovation development. They aim to fully stimulate the province's advantages in science and technology and talent, promoting precise docking between the innovation chain and the industrial chain. They organize and conduct engineering technology research, development, design, and testing, and are science and technology innovation bases with self-sustaining development mechanisms.
