Announcement: AMQ on list of Hunan Province's Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark companies
Recently, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology organised the 2024 Hunan Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark Enterprises and Benchmark Workshops application and certification work. After enterprise application, recommendation by municipal and prefectural industrial and information technology bureaus, comprehensive review, expert review, and research by the Department's Party group, Changsha AMQ Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.'s [Advanced Packaging Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop for Chips] won the title of Hunan Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark Workshop (No. 19).
The benchmark enterprises and workshops identified this time have obvious advantages in typical intelligent manufacturing scenarios, technological innovation, equipment application, integrated integration, and implementation effects, and have a strong demonstration and reference role for other enterprises in the same industry. From the industry classification of the selected units, most enterprises come from the province's advantageous and characteristic industries such as engineering machinery, electronic information, and automobiles. As the only shortlisted unit in the semiconductor industry, Changsha AMQ demonstrates the outstanding achievements the company has made in intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation in the past year.

As the "only" national-level high-tech enterprise in China focusing on high-end chip packaging, AMQ focuses on advanced flip-chip system-in-package technology (FC-SiP), solving the independent packaging problems of high-end large chips such as CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, and AIs. The company has successively won honors such as the national-level specialized and new "small giant" enterprise, Hunan Province's 100 landmark projects for digital new infrastructure, and Changsha's intelligent manufacturing demonstration enterprise. It is a Hunan Provincial new R&D institution, a Changsha next-generation artificial intelligence open innovation platform, and an undertaking unit for major scientific and technological projects in Hunan Province and Changsha City, filling the gap in the advanced packaging field of the integrated circuit industry chain in Hunan Province.
